Remote Consulting Service Includes:

• 2 hours remote via video call WhatsApp 
• Visual Koi and pond assessment
• Advise how to safely sedate any koi requiring treatment/diagnosis 
• Guidance on how to successfully obtain a koi scrape and find parasites using your own microscope 
• Advice on water parameters check with your own equipment 
• Review of filtration efficiency and advice
• Check of UV and water clarity problems such as algae
• Advice on feeding (food quality, quantity and feeding times)
• Help you accurately measure your pond volume
• Advice on the application of any any required medication to treat illness/parasites 
• Guidance on the removal of necrotic tissue, the use of soothing and healing applications of cream/antiseptic to wounds and sealing wounds with propolis
