Shipping policy

Heavy items such as large filtration systems are delivered to your driveway. While we would love to help you transport your products to your back garden, the costs of doing so are not commercially viable. This is because we would require more than 1 person on our deliveries and we would have to provide additional insurance to cover being on your premises.
