Onsite Consulting Service Includes:

• Up to 30 minutes travel each way
• 2 hours onsite
• Visual Koi and pond assessment
• Safely sedate any koi requiring treatment/diagnosis 
• Koi scrape and microscope assessment
• Water parameters check with latest equipment 
• Review of filtration efficiency and advice
• Check of UV and water clarity problems such as algae
• Advice on feeding (food quality, quantity and feeding times)
• Accurate measurement of pond volume
• Application of any any required medication to treat illness/parasites 
• Removal of necrotic tissue, soothing and healing applications of cream/antiseptic to wounds and sealed with propolis
• Advice on water changes and purge/clean of filter media
• Surgical - see below

Throughout the consultation period, we aim to impart as much knowledge to you so that you can be self sufficient in the future. Be prepared to carry out tasks yourself under our guidance so that you learn!!

Please note, medical treatments where the use of more than 25ml of Malachite, Potassium Permanganate, Formalin, Fluie Solve or Chlormine-T may incur fair usage charges but we guarantee a maximum of £5 per treatment.

Surgical treatments such as removal of tumors, or stitches (fin splits etc) can often overrun the session and therefore we charge an additional £50 for each hour.
